HID Application
Historically the largest area of energy waste and the most difficult to control has been HID lighting. Due to the warm up characteristics of HID lamps, typical ON/OFF switching is not feasible. The LightBAT G2 sensor switches HID fixtures output from 100% to 50% with little noticeable difference in lumen output and no degradation to lamp life. Areas like warehouses and distribution centers are ideal applications for the LightBAT G2 Dual Level Controller.
High Output Fluorescent Application
With the emergence of high-output fluorescent fixtures, the LightOWL Fluorescent High Bay sensor’s versatile ON/OFF control is designed to provide maximum energy savings.
The sensor can provide control of both single fixture and multiple fixture lighting systems. Additional features including multiple outputs, dual (adjustable) timers, and Smart Cycling™ make this sensor ideal for controlling multi-ballasted fixtures; providing versatile and reliable operation of the lighting system.
