OVERVIEW
Hubbell Building Automation’s Residential Vacancy Sensor for Incandescent and CFL Lighting is a Title 24 compliant manual-on passive infrared wall switch vacancy sensor that provides excellent energy savings and as well as reliable motion detection. The sensor’s low profile housing design provides the perfect wall switch for residential applications including bathrooms, garages, laundry rooms, utility rooms, and dining rooms. The sensor’s manual ON/automatic OFF operation meets Title 24 guidelines for residential lighting by requiring the user to manually switch on lighting and automatically turn off lighting when no one is present.
